Who We Are

South Carolina Student Legislature is an entirely student-run mock legislature. We hold two annual sessions a year, where delegations from all of South Carolina's college institutions come together to debate legislation and learn more about the state lawmaking processes. 

For over 60 years, we have been educated the young citizens of South Carolina on how to become involved and informed citizens of tomorrow. Our organization facilitates open communication between South Carolina's public servants and the future leaders of the state.
